WHY?


•  Facilitators speak the local language

•  Facilitators understand the cultural nuances to bargain and coordinate

•  Facilitators are close to the participants year round

•  Salaries for facilitators provide job opportunities in the local economy


TASKS


•  Primary contact between participant and FFF management

•  Identify potential program participants

•  Facilitators are expected to handle 4-6 participants

•  Facilitates food, vitamin & medicine purchase & delivery logistics

•  With each delivery, photos and receipts are scanned for accountability

•  Ensure children attend school & reports are scanned (on-going basis)

•  Facilitators have a bank account and keep records for every expense

•  Coordinate training programs (periodically)

•  Coordinate home construction (periodically)

•  Liaise with local agencies on behalf of FFF (on-going basis)
